EMPERUS Privilège is a dark ruby plum wine with a fresh and floral scent, which originates from the old autochthonous brandy varieties of plums – požegačan and ranovača. The entire process of processing, fermentation and double distillation was done in the traditional way.
EMPERUS Privilège has the full taste of old Serbian plum wine, which has been aged in oak barrels from Jastrebac, Radan and Stara Planina. The finish is long, warm and soft, multi-layered and harmoniously balanced. Due to its aromatic specificities, this brandy is drunk at room (ambient) temperature, primarily as a digestif.
